Whilst stores are open to welcome visitors without an appointment, we have also introduced a bespoke appointment system available Monday to Thursday. By offering an appointment service, we can ensure appropriate social distancing while maintaining the standard of customer experience that is synonymous with Laings. With a history dating back to 1840, Laings is a family jeweller that has stood the test of time. Through the hardships of two World Wars and economic uncertainty, our valued customers have stood by us throughout the generations as we’ve adapted to circumstances and continued to thrive. We’d like to take this opportunity to say thank you to our dedicated staff and our customers for their understanding and support during these trying times. Now comes a period of adjustment and we have had to make some changes to continue to provide our first-class service, quality craftsmanship and the Laings Experience.

LIMITED NUMBER OF CUSTOMERS
We will be restricting the number of customers allowed in-store at any one time
PROTECTING YOU AND OUR STAFF
Store teams will be equipped with hand sanitiser, face masks and will be using gloves when handling product. Our desks are fitted with Perspex screens for protection.
NEW CLEANING ROTATIONS
Frequently touched areas will be regularly disinfected, including all surfaces.
Staff temperatures will be checked before and during every shift to ensure they are well enough to work.
When visiting our stores we kindly ask customers to adhere to the below guidelines:
Hand sanitiser will be provided at the entrance of the store for customers to use.
We ask that you keep yourself distanced from others, in line with social distancing guidelines.
We encourage customers to alert staff if they are feeling unwell so that appropriate action can be taken.
