This prize consists of a three-night trip to Saariselkä, northern Lapland, for two adults and two children, which includes return flights from 19 regional airports in England and Scotland subject to availability, resort transfers and staying in a hotel on a half-board basis in 2020. Specific hotel options are specified in the prize terms. Thermal clothing is available to borrow. The trip will involve a husky sled ride, a reindeer sleigh ride and a private family meeting with Santa Claus.

No substitute prizes or cash alternatives are available.

The prize is a three-night Santa’s Magic trip for two adults aged 18+ and two children 12 years old and under, please note that this trip is not recommended for children under two years old.

Accommodation is for two nights on a half board basis. Includes 2x dinners, 2 x breakfasts and 1x lunch. Guests can choose from their choice of Santa’s Hotel Holiday Club, Santa’s Hotel Tunturi, Santa’s Saariselkä Inn or Santa’s Hotel Riekonlinna. Hotel choice will be subject to availability at the time of booking.

• This prize draw is open to Laings’ UK customers aged 18 or over, except for employees of Laings and The Aurora Zone, their families, agencies or anyone else associated with this competition. 
• There will be one overall prize for one winner, plus one guest. The prize consists of return flights (London to Ivalo Airport), return transfers, 3 nights’ full board hotel room stay at Wilderness Hotel Inari, cold weather clothing, and services of an Aurora Zone representative.Any additional passengers, activities or arrangements are for a fee. 
• The prize includes an allowance for return flights from London to Ivalo of up to £600 including taxes, fees and any alteration charges. If flights are not available to the promoter within this allowance for the dates selected by the winner then the winner may make up the difference, but the promoter shall not otherwise be obliged to provide them. Flight upgrades cannot be purchased with frequent flyer points.
• The prize does NOT include any insurance, travel to and from the UK departure airport, or any travel or other expenses during the trip. Any out of pocket expenses (such as phone, room service, drinks purchases, gifts and additional food) are not included in the prize. 
• The maximum total prize value is £1,990 based on the recommended retail value at the time of printing. The promoter and supplier accept no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prize. 
• Travel must be taken between 05/01/20 – 04/02/20 and 23/02/20 – 19/03/20.
• The Aurora Zone and Laings make no representation as to the safety, conditions or other issues that may exist at the destination. 
• Compliance with any health or other government requirements is the responsibility of the prize winner and companion. 
• The winner and their chosen companions must comply with all relevant customs, security and immigration requirements, including appropriate passport and visa requirements. The Aurora Zone and Laings will not be responsible for any passenger’s failure to comply with these requirements. 
• The prize winner and the companions are responsible for holding a passport with at least six months’ validity and must organise relevant visas where required. 
• The winner is responsible for ensuring they are able to accept the prize as set out and in accordance with these terms and conditions. In the event that they are unable to do so then Laings reserves the right to redraw the prize. 
• There is no cash alternative and non-transferable. 
• The prize is subject to availability. In the event the specified trip is fully booked The Aurora Zone will work to the best of their ability to offer a trip of equivalent value. 
• The Aurora Zone shall not be responsible for any indirect, special or consequential damages or losses suffered by the entrant or a third party. 
• If the prize supplier cannot contact the winner within 7 days of the closing date, the promoter will offer the prize to a runner-up or re-offer the prize in another promotion. 
• The prize is subject to The Aurora Zone’s term and conditions.

Mayflower Theatre Prize T&C’s

Performance Date: Thursday 10^th September 2020

The prize includes:

• Two tickets to Disney’s The Lion King within a box at Mayflower Theatre Please note that due to the position of the boxes, restricted viewing is printed on tickets to advise.
• A dedicated host to welcome guests on arrival and direct to their box at the start of the show
• Table reserved in the circle lounge
• Pre show a selection of chefs canapés and handmade chocolates served to table
• A bottle of Champagne on ice and 2 x Ice creams delivered to the box during the interval

Edinburgh Playhouse Prize T&C’s

Performance Dates: Thursday 30^th January 2020 and Thursday 13^th February 2020 – performance date will be available on a first come basis.
