Engagements are what we love at Laings, there’s nothing like finding that extra special ring and one of our favourite things is to hear how happy the newly-engaged couples are! Everyone loves a good engagement story, and no matter how he popped the question it always feels magical and romantic. Laings are always so happy to be part of these beautiful moments!
Here’s a round-up of some Laings Engagements and engagement rings from this year – congratulations to all the happy couples!
Jonathan and Megan
Jonathan proposed to Megan in Denmark in front of a stunning and grand Palace. Megan’s ring is beautifully unique and the decorated shoulders help to create a design that is both individual and dazzling.
Kelly
Kelly was surprised when her thoughtful fiancé set up a surprise in the Argyll Arcade. As they browsed the sparkling windows Kelly spotted a special ring just for her – what a fabulous proposal idea!
Kirstie an
d Katie
Kirstie proposed to Katie with a stunning Tacori ring. Kirstie chose the beautiful Three Cliffs Bay in Gower, Wales to present Katie with a sparkling ring, glittering in an extra special blue box. Every Tacori ring is unique and we’re sure Katie can’t take her eyes of the special ring!
Mark and Sophie
What a stunning ring! Mark proposed to his bride-to-be, Sophie, in Bermuda. The beautiful diamond ring is completed with sparkling diamond-lined shoulders and it definitely looked dazzling against the tropical blue seas.
Oliver and Sarah
Oliver and Sarah created their own beautiful bespoke engagement ring. The stunning design features a champagne diamond framed by detailed shoulders and glittering white diamonds.

Paul and Emily
Paul proposed to Emily whilst they were on holiday in Portugal - we loved hearing about how the beautiful diamond sparkled in the sun!

Gemma and Max
Laings Gemma was delighted with a truly glamorous ring - what a stunning choice! The sparkling marquise cut diamond is framed by a halo of glittering round brilliant diamonds and sparkling gems also adorn the shoulders.
Kirsten and Colin
Our Senior Marketing Executive, Kirsten said ‘yes’ to a stunning rose gold, halo diamond ring. Her fiancé Colin popped the question on the beautiful island of Hvar in Croatia.
Linda and Andrew
Congratulations to Laings' very own Assistant Manager, Linda! Linda was surprised with an absolutely stunning pear cut ring at the beautiful One Devonshire Hotel du Vin & Bistro. With a diamond halo and shoulders it’s a truly glamorous choice.
