Released for Watches and Wonders 2023, the Patek Philippe Grand Complications timepiece honors the art of watchmaking and jewellery showcasing 118 baguette cut emeralds with a total carat weight of 7.87ct and 291 baguette cut diamonds with a total carat weight of 20.54cts using an invisible setting technique. Along with the 20 complications are five acoustic functions, including two patented world exclusives: an alarm sounding the programmed time and a date repeater striking the date at will. Powered by a manually wound mechanical movement, the Grand Complications model displays an ebony black opaline dial with gold applied Breguet numerals and is adorned with a hand-guilloched hobnail pattern. The calendar side showcases an ebony black opaline dial with 18k solid gold dial plates. Crafted with a white gold reversible case, the timepiece is finished with a hand stitched alligator strap with square scales and fold over clasp set with emeralds.
