This Cartier Ballon Bleu 42mm watch features a mechanical movement with an automatic winding, calibre 1847 MC. Boasting a steel case with fluted 18ct yellow gold crown set with a synthetic cabochon-shaped spinel. This timepiece features a silvered guilloché opaline dial, with roman numerals, blued-steel sword-shaped hands and a calendar aperture at 3 o’clock. This dial is protected by a sapphire crystal. Presented elegantly on an interchangeable two-tone bracelet. The Ballon Bleu watch by Cartier adds a dash of elegance to male and female wrists alike.
