Adopting a weightless style is the Ballon Bleu watch by Cartier, thanks to its gentle curves and soft design. Crafted in 2007 for a unisex audience, this timepiece echoes those traditional round shapes with a more balanced design, particularly noted in the winding crown that is perfectly integrated into the case. To avoid any breaking of the circumference, the bezel, case and dial gently contour round the winding crown, whilst traditional roman numerals and sword-shaped hands pay tribute to the Maison’s design language seen across their watch offering.
This beautiful 33mm Ballon Bleu watch is crafted in a steel case, with an 18ct rose gold diamond set bezel. The 18ct rose gold fluted crown set with a synthetic cabochon-shaped spinel. The silvered guilloché dial is set with 11 brilliant-cut diamonds and blued steel sword-shaped hands, protected by sapphire crystal. All together this timepiece is home to 0.63ct of brilliant cut diamonds. Finished on a steel and 18ct rose gold bracelet with a deployment clasp fastening. This watch is powered by an automatic movement with a water resistance up to 30m.
