This year’s guests were welcomed on Sunday March 15th at the iconic Dolby Theatre - delivering some of the best high fashion looks in the most glorious style. The night was accessorised with exquisite jewellery where we saw sparkling stones and contemporary designs bring awe-inspiring glamour to each ensemble.
Anne Hathaway in Bvlgari
For the first time in 12 years, Anne Hathaway returned to the Oscar’s red carpet. Making a statement, the actress was elegantly dressed in jewels from the currently unreleased Bvlgari collection, Eclettica. A striking piece of neckwear, Anne wore the Neoclassical Starlight, at its heart an elegant 8.02ct pear cut fancy vivid yellow diamond. Set in a detachable pendant and surrounded by a constellation of pear, round and step-cut diamonds, the piece was a magnificent choice for this former Oscar winner. Taking over 850 hours to complete, the necklace was a highlight of the evening’s fashions, paired with dynamic fancy intense yellow and white diamond drop earrings.

Nominated for the academy award for Best Supporting Actress, Teyanna Taylor’s Oscar appearance was highly anticipated. The radiant actress focused on bold jewellery pieces, wearing a platinum and diamond necklace. It is reported that the decadent piece featured 857 round brilliant diamonds, a standout 18ct emerald cut diamond and over 140 baguette diamonds. The masterful creation served as a perfectly matched companion to one of the evening’s most captivating rising stars.

Star of The Colour Purple, Danielle Brooks’ couture champagne ensemble was elevated with the contemporary designs of Chopard. Stacking multiple white gold necklaces together to form a draping sea of diamonds she created a look that was truly breathtaking. The star completed the look with a white and rose gold bracelet as well as diamond hoop earrings. An image of elegance for the iconic maison.

A longtime admirer of Cartier, the radiant Zoë Saldaña graced the evening in jewels that seemed to capture the very essence of romance. She adorned herself with luminous statement stud earrings and a bold sweep of gemstone neckwear that drew every gaze. From Cartier’s High Jewellery collection, she wore platinum and diamond earrings, a double‑row Broderie de Cartier wedding band in 18‑karat white gold and diamonds, and a Cartier Destinée wedding band, also in 18‑karat white gold and diamonds. Completing her look was a breathtaking Art En Équilibre Chapter 3 High Jewellery necklace, crafted in platinum and set with rubies and diamonds, it was a masterpiece that shimmered like a love story told in precious stones.

Elle Fanning in Vintage Cartier
A portrait of old Hollywood glamour, actress Elle Fanning is adored for her classic and whimsical red-carpet style. Released from Cartier’s archive for the special occasion, Elle wore the beautiful ‘Wisteria’ necklace. Originally worn as two brooches, the piece originated in 1903. Elle revealed a hidden meaning behind the selection, stating that the piece resonated with her as a reminder of her childhood home and the beautiful wisteria flowers that adorned the building.
