Patek Philippe 7118 1300R-001Patek Philippe introduce a new ladies Nautilus jewellery version, combining the warmth of rose gold with the unique luster of spessartite gemstones. The signature octagonal bezel is adorned with two rows of spessartite baguettes, displaying the delicate art of gemsetting in the creation of a double colour gradation from cognac at 12 and 6 o’clock to champagne at 9 and 3 o’clock.
