SMO stands for Single Mine Origin. A global standard, established in 2017 to offer responsibly sourced gold that is fully traceable from mine to you, at scale. The origins of every ounce of SMO Gold and its segregated journey across the processing, refining and sales chain is fully traceable by way of a QR code and single batch number.
