An Exquisite Afternoon with Patek Philippe

Laings Cardiff had the pleasure of hosting an exclusive Patek Philippe event at Llanerch Vineyard Hotel. Guests were invited to this unique experience where they were immersed in an afternoon of fine dining and impeccable craftsmanship from one of the world’s most renowned watchmakers.

A WARM WELCOME AND WATCH SHOWCASE

The afternoon commenced with a warm welcome, as our guests arrived and took in the breathtaking charm of Llanerch Vineyard Hotel. Beautifully setting the tone for an elegant afternoon, guests were treated to an exclusive showcase of the latest Patek Philippe timepieces. Guests had the opportunity to learn about and try on some of Patek Philippe’s most sought-after models, including the Watches and Wonders 2024 releases. Through a series of pioneering, never-before-seen innovations, the brand reaffirmed its unrivalled position in watchmaking with groundbreaking mechanisms.

Two Patek Philippe watchmakers attended to share their unique expertise and knowledge of the timepieces, whilst also answering questions from guests about the intricacies of their craft. Laings was delighted to have created an opportunity for guests to gain an insight into the rare craftsmanship techniques and complicated movements that make up these remarkable watches. 

A TOUR OF THE VINEYARDS AND FINE DINING

Following the watch showcase, guests were invited to tour the beautiful Llanerch vineyards, one of the oldest and most renowned in Wales. They were given the opportunity to learn about the history and produce of the vineyard.  The day concluded with a fine four-course meal, thoughtfully curated to showcase the best of Welsh-inspired cuisine. Guests delighted in the flavours of locally sourced ingredients whilst taking in the serene beauty of the grounds. The event concluded in the warm afternoon sunshine, with guests retreating outside to immerse themselves in the tranquil vineyard.
