Laings and the team gathered at Boclair House Hotel, a luxurious hotel and wedding venue and got to work!
The aim of the photo-shoot was to capture all four seasons, as well as a stunning bridal look. This included capturing a soft, romantic Spring, a fun, flirty Summer, a luxurious Autumnal look and a glittering, glamorous Winter. We had the task of showing-off the beautiful pieces from Laings as well as capturing the story of the season – and the team definitely stepped up to the challenge!
Each day started with creating the perfect look for the season. Ana Cruzalegui was our make-up artist for the week creating stunning looks for our beautiful models, Kristina Zace and Jak Lowdon from Colours Agency. Gary Lees, our hair stylist from 163 Hair was on hand to twirl and tweak hair into beautiful looks. The amazing outfits pulled together by Chris Brown the Stylist created a lot of wardrobe envy and were perfect for every season.
A dapper Christmas look requires a really sleek suit and Slaters were the perfect fit! Paired with a luxury timepiece the Slaters suits really made the look. And what goes wonderfully with a slick suit – a beautiful bridal gown! Eleganza Sposa provided us with two absolutely gorgeous dresses that helped the diamonds to dazzle even more! Every bridal look should be finished off with some beautiful flowers and Kirsties Flowers in Troon built the most beautiful pastel bouquets for our ‘bride’.
Lights, Camera … Action!
The task of capturing the perfect shots fell to our photographer Andrew Rae and the videographer David McKinnon from Proud Motion. Andrew snapped away as Kristina and Jak posed up a storm, taking a whole host of fantastic images. David then took over shooting some gorgeous videos that really captured the beauty of the pieces.
We finished the week off at Broadscope Studios ending the day with a round of applause – that’s a wrap!
