At this time our orders are on hold until advised by the Government that it is safe for our team to return to work to despatch these. We are hopeful that deliveries will resume week commencing 13th April 2020 but we will follow Government guidelines before doing so. Our team will provide you with a shipping confirmation email upon despatch of your order, this will provide you with a tracking number that will keep you updated on progress.

Click & Collect

All Click & Collect orders will be available for collection in your chosen store every Thursday only until further notice*. Please bring with you your order acknowledgement invoice and payment cards/details as well as some official ID e.g. driving licence or passport. Once your order is available a member of our team will contact you via email to organise a suitable time for collection.

Returns

e completely understand it may take a little longer for you to be able to return items to us at this time. We would kindly request that you contact us within 14 days of receipt to advise of any pending return. A member of our team will advise you where and when to your item. This will ensure the item is securely received and your money refunded as quickly as possible.
