This stunning pre-owned Cartier ladies' watch is from the Tank Americaine collection, a contemporary take on the classic Tank de Cartier range. This watch is a beautiful 18ct white gold model, with the case measuring 19mm x 35mm, housing a quartz movement. The Cartier Tank is a classic model which has adorned the wrists of celebrities around the world and is one of few rectangular watches to be just as popular over a century later. The bezel of this timepiece is set with a ribbon of glittering round brilliant cut diamonds, perfectly framing an ivory dial. A single round brilliant diamond is set into the crown, replacing the familiar sapphire cabochon seen in other Cartier models. The dial is marked with the signature Cartier roman numerals, slightly rounded at the outer edge and bordering a minute train track that runs on the inside of the dial. Blue sword-shaped hands in steel add a subtle injection of colour to this monotone watch, which is finished on a five-link 18ct white gold bracelet.
