We would recommend ordering as early as possible in line with the above dates, however please speak to our client services team if a Click & Collect order is required between Friday 22nd - Sunday 24th December.

All orders purchased online from Friday 10th November can be refunded or exchanged up to and including Wednesday 10th January. Please notify our Client Services team by Friday 5th January if you wish to refund or exchange your order via post.
