You can return your online order within 14 days of receiving it, either to one of our stores or using a returns slip. Please note, items must be in their original packaging, unused and accompanied by the whole dispatch note. Purchases made in-store offer a 28-day exchange or 12-month credit to your account, exclusions apply. For further information please see our returns policy.

You can return your online order within 14 days of receiving it as long as you can provide the receipt and have the returns slip. We will exchange to the value of the gift or issue a credit note.

Online purchases may be returned to your local store along with the returns the completed slip and proof of purchase. Click here to download a Laings Web Order Return Slip. Oour store team will be pleased to assist with your refund or exchange. Please note when returning in-store within 14 days for a refund, the store will be unable to process your refund directly, this will be passed to our web team who will notify you when the refund is completed.
