This Cartier Tank Louis watch is crafted in stainless steel, with a beaded crown set with a synthetic cabochon. The blue lacquer effect dial is set with polished steel sword-shaped hands. A mineral crystal protects the dial. Presented on a semi-matte blue alligator skin strap, with a steel ardillon buckle. Powered by a high autonomy quartz movement. This watch is water resistant up to 3 bar.

Inspired to make a watch much more masculine than anything else on the market, Louis Cartier (grandson of company founder Louis-Francois Cartier) introduced the Tank watch to the world in 1917. Its rectangular shape echoed the angled contours of the First World War military tank, the Renault FT-17.
