The Best High Jewellery Looks from the 2023 Oscars

A showcase of Hollywood’s finest, the Academy Awards celebrates the best performances from the Silver screen and is always a night to remember, with this year no exception. Guests were welcomed with a champagne carpet that delivered some of the best high fashion looks in the most glorious occasion of style. The night was accessorised with exquisite jewellery where we saw sparkling stones and contemporary designs bring awe-inspiring glamour to each ensemble.

Florence Pugh made an entrance in a stunning Valentino gown that showcased an impressive centre split with striking ruffled sleeves and a sweetheart neckline. Paired with a platinum collar and pink tourmaline drop earrings the look was an alluring blend of elegant and contemporary styles.

One of the most stunning looks from this year’s carpet, Cara Delevigne stole the show in a bright red Elie Saab moment. The dress featured a dramatic leg slit along with eye catching shoulder detail. Accessorised with sparkling white diamonds, the model wore a triple row diamond necklet accompanied by layered cuff, statement studs and a show stopping ring.

Graced in yellow, Winnie Harlow wore a ravishing piece from Armani Prive’s 2005 Spring collection. The vintage dress featured a statement black flower with elegant stem growing down the bodice. The look was brought together with a selection of sparkling diamond rings, diamond bangle and corresponding wrap necklet that completed the style.

Halle Bailey wore a whimsical Dolce & Gabbana tulle gown in a pale blue hue. The strapless neckline was completed with a thrilling round brilliant diamond choker featuring a magnificent pear cut centre stone that stole the show. Princess cut diamond studs completed the royal presence in classic chic.

Inspired by the great Audrey Hepburn, Sofia Carson donned a divine white gown. The actress and singer’s jewellery was from Chopard, selecting a necklet with seven octagonal shaped emeralds totalling 122.49 carats. Accompanied by 92.57carats of pear, marquise, baguette, and round cut diamonds set in the Maison’s Fairmined-certified white gold, the collar comes from Chopard’s Haute Joaillerie Collection and perfectly completes Sofia’s old Hollywood ensemble.
