OMEGA’s 2022 New Releases demonstrate the very best of functionality, innovation and colourful design in the world of Swiss timepieces. Exceeding their own extreme expectations, OMEGA has chosen to experiment with colour in the year ahead, introducing exciting innovations across many of its iconic collections.
Seamaster Planet Ocean Ultra Deep
Joined by adventurer and expedition leader, Victor Vescovo, the Five Deeps Expedition established a new world record in April 2019. This breath-taking achievement inspired the revolutionary Seamaster Planet Ocean Ultra Deep 45.5mm collection.
Exploring new depths with timepieces tested in real ocean conditions, this incredible divers’ range is water-resistant to 6,000 metres (20,000 ft.) and features models available with distinct gradient dials. Crafted from sand-blasted Grade 5 titanium and O-MEGASTEEL, the reimagined collection expertly balances solidity, corrosion-resistance and workability. The timepieces are powered by a calibre 8912 movement, which reserves up to 60 hours of power.
Seamaster Diver 300M
Trusted by none other than James Bond, OMEGA welcomes the newest addition to its Seamaster Diver 300M family. Immediately recognisable by its signature waved dial, skeletonised hands and helium escape valve, the newest addition embraces a unique deep green ceramic dial and bezel.
With the adventures of divers at the forefront of its design, the Seamaster’s distinct matching green bezel features a dot at 12 o’clock in Super-LumiNova to keep track of dive time.
Seamaster Aqua Terra
Following the spectrum from ocean to earth, colours that brighten the world have entered the Seamaster Aqua Terra series. The collection offers different stainless case sizes either in 38mm or 34mm, powered by self-winding calibre 8800, which gives 55 hours power reserve. Let the colours converse and strike your individuality with shades to suit all.
Speedmaster ‘57
Less than a decade ago, the OMEGA Speedmaster ’57 was re-launched for a new audience. Today, OMEGA has revisited the 40.5mm collection by introducing a new movement, the calibre 9906, with multiple chronographic functions and a date display at 6 o’clock, which offers the streamlined and vintage look that exemplifies Speedmaster heritage.
This new release, with its more wearer-friendly design, has returned with a slimmer profile and Master Chronometer upgrade. With a selection of colours, the reinvented Speedmaster ’57 brings not only comfort, but gives a nod to tomorrow with its contemporary design.
