Laings of Glasgow Bridal Boutique unveiled at SECC Scottish Wedding Show
On the 5th and 6th of October - Laings of Glasgow took to our first ever Scottish Wedding Show at the SECC with a vast selection of superb bridal jewellery - Wedding bands for him and for her available in every imaginable style, plain platinum or gold, diamond set or with coloured stones. For bridesmaids and mother of the bride/groom we took our selection of beautiful diamond jewellery and some high-quality, designer costume jewellery available at price points to accommodate all budgets.
The stand itself was in a fantastic position, situated right next to the catwalk where they put on a fabulous fashion show 3 times a day, although as you can see when we turned up things weren't looking quite so glamorous… but with the help of our very own Wendy Laing we managed to turn an empty shell into a luxurious pop-up-shop complete with comfortable seating area, commentary treats and champagne bar area - We did notice a particular interest in the table where the fizz was located, but we are sure that was just coincidence…
There was a goody bag for everyone which included a voucher for 15% off your wedding ring and a little fridge magnet keepsake to help you keep track of how long you have until “I DO”!
We had some marvelous neighbors in the form of the Best Scottish Wedding magazine – you will find us in appearing in the Autumn/Winter issue!
Our competition to guess how many crystals were in the vase to win a beautiful sparking silver necklace went down a storm and we had two lucky entrants who were overjoyed at being selected as winners!
